Delivery methods:
All products purchased from eagle Marine Products will be shipped via UPS or Fed X and tracked to its destination.
We will pack and ship your package to you in usually 24 hours depending on stock of products purchased.

Return / Refund Policy:
We guarantee are you will be totally satisfied with our products. Our 1-year guarantee covers our products from defects during manufacturing, plating, finishing and electrical components. All products will be supplied in new, high quality condition.
If you are not totally satisfied, please contact our customer service about exchanges or returns prior to sending any product back to us.
Eagle Marine Products uses our best effort to accurately represent our products. We are committed to the complete satisfaction of our customers and dealers.
Return requests must be pre-approved and a return authorization number must be obtained by the customer from our customer service department prior to shipment. Returns will not accompanied by a "return authorization number" will not be accepted.
The return authorization number must be visible on the outside of the packaging.
All return charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned by a "traceable" delivery such as UPS, Fed X or US Mail with a tracking number.
Carrier "Invalid addresses" Returns:
Eagle Marine Products will apply its best effort to notify the customer of an invalid address and request an address correction. For corrected addresses, Eagle Marine Products will attempt to redeliver an order returned for an "Invalid address". All delivery service charges for the return shipment and re-delivery will be changed to the customer.
For all "Invalid addresses" returns that cannot be successfully re-delivered, all delivery service charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and a re-stocking charge may apply.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to our customer service department via the "Customer Support" link on our web site, clearly indicating the order number in the correspondence.
Order or item cancellations are not accepted on or subsequent to the date of shipment. Orders or items cancelled on or subsequent to the date of shipment are subject to Eagle Marine Products return requirements as specified in the "Return Policy" statement posted on eaglemarineproducts.com.
All accepted order cancellations will be acknowledged by Eagle Marine Products in writing usually by e-mail.
Claims for Damages and / or Shortages:
Eagle Marine Products takes great care in filling, checking and packing your order and makes every effort to ensure your full satisfaction. Please check all merchandise carefully upon arrival. If there are any damages or shortages use our "toll free" number or e-mail us to let us know of the issue. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. This will permit us to file a claim with the carrier and/or re-ship the product in a timely manner.
Keep damaged goods, shipping containers, and packaging in their original delivered condition for inspection by the carrier and / or Eagle Marine Products until you are further advised. Credit or a re-shipment will be reissued after Eagle Marine Products inspects the returned merchandise. Approval of claims for damages and shortages are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Eagle Marine Products.
